Update Payroll Tax Tables Automatically
You can update the tax tables automatically using the Import Data function. Follow the steps below to import the tax tables.
- In Payroll select Other Functions then Manage Database
- On the Manage Database screen, press the Import Data button
- On the Import Data screen press the UnSelect all button
- Next, check the box next to Tax Tables
- Then press the browse button to the right of the tax tables filename box and locate the 202601-TaxTable.csv file.

Select the 202601-TaxTables.csv file and press the Open button
You may want to add the tax tables file to your Payroll folder to make it easier to find. The browse button opens your Payroll folder by default, but you can navigate to any folder on your computer.
- After selecting the file the filename is added to the Tax Tables textbox
- Finally, press the Import button to update the tax tables with the new tax rates
The import should only take a few seconds and you'll see a Import Complete confirmation the import is finished. Press the Ok button and you've successfully updated the Payroll tax tables.
You can verify the tax tables have been updated by selecting Pay Checks and reviewing the Tax Table Date on the Pay Check Date screen. It will say 01-2026 if the update has been applied correctly.
