Overview
The ISEE Reporting Module requires four specific CSV files to be saved in a subfolder within your Payroll Application folder. These files are essential for the module to function correctly.
Required CSV Files
Ensure that a subfolder is saved in your Payroll folder with the exact name ISEE_ModuleConsts. Furthermore, ensure that the following files are present in the subfolder:
- ISEE-AssignCds.csv
- ISEE-CIP-Codes.csv
- ISEE-Languages.csv
- ISEE-SchoolNo.csv
The Payroll program is coded to look for files with these precise file names, stored in a folder with this precise folder name. If the name of the file or the folder varies in any way, opening the ISEE module will prompt an error response.
Error Message
If any required file is missing, you'll see an error: "File does not exist"
Downloading Files from Secure Server
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://i2m.sharefile.com.
- Log in using your username and password.
- Locate and open the Payroll folder.
- Select the ISEE_ModuleConsts folder.
- Download the file (which will be compressed in a zip folder).
- Locate the downloaded zip folder in your file explorer and select "Extract All".
- Follow the extraction prompts to unzip the files.
- Copy the extracted CSV files to your Payroll folder.
Additional Notes
- Do not open or modify the CSV files manually!
- If files are already present, they may need to be replaced with the most recent version.
