Zip codes are entered in this separate window so that when working with employees, only the zip code needs to be entered. The city and state do not need to be retyped for each employee, they will be found automatically from the zip code.
Zip codes must be added here before you can add a zip code, city, or state to an employee.
Add A Zip Code
- In Payroll, go to Other Functions then select Zip Codes
- On the Locations screen, press Add
- Enter the zip code, city, and state
- Press Save
Edit A Zip Code
- In Payroll, go to Other Functions then select Zip Codes
- On the Locations screen, press Edit
- Edit the zip code, city, and state
- Press Save
